About Me
For as long as I’ve been aware of myself, I’ve been deeply curious about life — and about what it truly means to be human.
“How do you live a meaningful life?” “What does it mean to be fully yourself?”
These questions led me on a lifelong journey of self-exploration and emotional growth. I’ve long used myself as a starting point — learning through experience, personal inquiry, deep inner work, and connection with others.
Along the way, I’ve also explored expanded states of consciousness - experiences that have deepened my trust in the psyche’s natural movement toward healing, insight, and wholeness.
Because for me, it’s in human connection - in real, honest encounters - that insight, joy, and transformation take root.
